ORANGE, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Colony Hardware, Inc., a leading direct-to-jobsite distributor of construction materials and jobsite supplies has announced the acquisition of Care Supply Co., LLC, a direct-to-jobsite distributor of construction products and supplies in Nashville, TN. The acquisition represents Colony’s twenty-first acquisition since its inception, and seventh acquisition since partnering with Audax Private Equity in November of 2018.

Initially established in 1978, Care Supply has been a leading supplier to the Nashville metro region for over 40 years. Through its unmatched local presence, knowledgeable team of dedicated employees, 92,000 square foot distribution center, and 5,000 square foot showroom, Care Supply has built a reputation for delivering the some of the best products, brands, and customer service in the local market.
