Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. is pleased to announce that Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Company, Inc., a distributor of paper, janitorial, sanitation & cleaning products and related services, has acquired American Janitor & Paper Supply Company and concurrently completed a debt recapitalization.

Founded in 1922 and headquartered near Scranton, Pennsylvania, PA Paper is an integrated, value-added, business-to-business distributor of facilities supplies, janitorial and sanitation equipment and supplies, industrial packaging and equipment and safety products to the commercial, education, industrial and healthcare end markets. Mufson Howe Hunter served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
