Jack Welch Joins Finalsite Board of Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Finalsite, a leading global education technology provider, today announced that Jack Welch, an Executive Partner of Bridge Growth Partners and a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

About Jack Welch

Jack Welch is currently a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at the Carroll School of Business at Boston College, as well as an Executive Partner of Bridge Growth Partners. Previously, Mr. Welch was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. During his 30 years at McKinsey, he worked primarily with technology and industrial companies to significantly enhance their performance through strategy, sales and go-to-market transformation, and operational improvement. Mr. Welch also served as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Boston Office, as head of the Strategy Practice, and on the firm’s internal committee which evaluates and elects new partners.

Mr. Welch is a Director at Clean Harbors, a NYSE-listed leader in environmental services, where he serves on the Audit and Governance Committees.

Mr. Welch holds BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
