DLA Piper Advises Stillfront Group in Acquisition of Candywriter

DLA Piper represented Stillfront Group, a Sweden-based global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online games genre, in its acquisition of Candywriter, LLC, a mobile game developer and publisher, for US$74.4 million.
