Goldman’s practice is focused on working closely with both franchisor and franchisee clients in a wide-range of franchised businesses, including restaurants, fitness centers, retailers, service- and home-based businesses, from start to finish on drafting, negotiating and registering disclosure documents and agreements. Goldman also represents clients in various dispute categories such as termination issues, fraud claims, and employment matters.

Goldman earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2008.
