In partnership with concierge company LIVunLtd, 277’s amenities are activated with experiential elements – a strategic decision to maximize space and ensure residents fully utilize and enjoy what the building offers. Thoughtfully designed by starchitect and 277 resident Jeffrey Beers, amenity activations include CBD yoga in the fully-equipped fitness center, a “PreSchool of Rock” music program held in the children’s playroom and much more.

Experiential element: 277’s fully-equipped fitness center puts the “out” in “workout.” The TechnoGym-equipped space flows into an outdoor terrace with chaise lounge chairs; demonstrating workout areas are becoming communal areas no longer confined to separate sweat rooms
