Arch Companies is pleased to announce that Jason Paul has joined Arch Companies as a Partner and Head of Arch Asset Management, a subsidiary of Arch Companies focused on asset management activities for both Arch and third-party owners. In this new role, Paul and his team will be involved in the development of each asset’s business plans and oversee all property-level management and budgeting as well as coordinate with all internal and external marketing, construction and development professionals engaged on all transactions associated with the properties.

Paul brings with him a proven track record of successful and long-standing client relationships in the multi-family and mixed-used market. Over the course of his career, he has developed a network of contractors, vendors, property managers, commercial tenants and real estate professionals across the U.S., which he will utilize to expand the presence of Arch Companies’ business and real estate portfolio.

Prior to Arch Asset Management, Paul was a partner at Sugar Hill Capital Partners, where he specialized in multi-family and mixed-use residential property. He has 12 years of experience with New York City-based firms. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hunter College of The City University of New York.
