Michael Davidson Of JPMorgan Chase Wins Global Corporate Real Estate Executive Of The Year Award

CoreNet Global is pleased to announce that member Michael Davidson, Head of Global Corporate Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase, was awarded the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Executive of the Year Award at the CoreNet Global Summit Awards Dinner on October 22nd in Anaheim, California.

The CRE Executive of the Year Award recognizes a leader who made outstanding and distinguished contributions to their company and to the industry. It is aimed at acknowledging the achievements of the nominee in the past year. CoreNet Global seeks to recognize the executive’s achievements in contributing to company success, elevating the practice of corporate real estate and the CRE industry and current CoreNet Global Membership.

Michael Davidson leads a team of regional and line of business managers overseeing JPMorgan Chase’s global corporate office portfolio, encompassing 45 million square feet across 456 locations with an annual $2 billion operating plan supporting ~200,000 occupants, representing every business and function at the firm. Michael and a large extended team have also been integrally involved in JPMorgan Chase’s NYC headquarters strategy, which will make way for a new state-of-the-art tower to replace 270 Park Avenue.

Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Fordham University in 1994 and in 2012 earned an MBA from the TRIUM Global Executive Program.
