R3 Printing, Inc. announced that the Company's Board of Directors has appointed R3 Printing's co-founder Paul Sieradzki as President and Chief Executive Officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company. Daniel Downs, R3 Printing's co-founder, has stepped down from his role as President.

This leadership appointment is effective immediately and follows the decision by Daniel Downs to step down as President and resign as a director of the company. Daniel has resigned to pursue other professional opportunities.
