Bohemia Realty Group, the full-service real estate brokerage specializing in the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties in New York City, will host the ninth workshop of its 2019 monthly series on Wednesday, October 30, 7 to 8 p.m., at their office at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Community Outreach Uptown – How to Give Back and Effect Positive Change,” the event is open to the public at no charge. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Heather Huff with guest speaker Nikoa Evans-Hendricks, Executive Director of Harlem Park to Park.
“Since its establishment, Bohemia has been at the forefront of giving back to Harlem’s residents through informative workshops, pet adoption events and more,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the brokerage. “From attending City Council meetings to supporting local businesses, Nikoa will go over how everyone can become a positive force in their community.”
