Andrew Borland Joins Douglas Elliman Real Estate with Top-Producing Katzen Team

UK Native Brings International Network and Experience to Elliman

Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the largest brokerage in the New York Metropolitan area and the second largest independent residential real estate brokerage in the United States by sales volume, is pleased to announce that Andrew Borland has joined The Katzen Team. Founded and led by Frances Katzen, the team has been consistently ranked as one of Elliman’s top 10 producing teams in Manhattan for the past decade. Borland will take on his new role at Elliman’s New York headquarters, located at 575 Madison Avenue.

Borland comes to Douglas Elliman from Sotheby’s International Realty with over five years of real estate experience and over $85 million in sales in the past year, including deals at the prestigious 555 Park Avenue, a townhouse at 334 East 69thStreet and multiple signed deals in new construction alongside conversions, most notably at 108 Leonard. He brings approximately $70 million worth of business to Douglas Elliman | Knight Frank via several listings in Paris. Borland works with high-profile clientele, but his approach has always been under the radar. Analytical and value-driven, he strives to achieve the best quality results for his client and has exceeded every time, which is why his business has exploded.

Borland was born and raised in the United Kingdom, making the move stateside in 2013. He maintains deep connections to his home country and uses his international contacts and expertise to service his clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

A graduate of Swansea University in Wales with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in American Studies, Borland previously worked in the Admissions Office at his alma mater and spent a year studying at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He lives in New York with his wife, Kristen, and their twin daughters, Carys and Elizabeth.
