Holt Construction is pleased to announce its award for best Interior/Tenant Improvement from ENR New York at the Best Regional Projects Awards Breakfast on October 2, 2019 at the Edison Ballroom in Manhattan.Holt won for the completion of the SSP LaGuardia Gateway Partners LLC Concourse B Food and Beverage Program at LaGuardia Airport. Independent juries of industry leaders in design and construction from each of ENR's ten regional editions judged projects using five criteria, including safety, innovation and teamwork, among others.

Holt created the 3,600-square-foot LaGuardia food hall at Concourse B with an open space concept to highlight the facility’s new modern amenities that will accommodate an expected 15 million annual visitors while delivering a unique experience to New York City. The new dining area includes a diverse array of vendors, such as Irving Farm Coffee Roasters, Kingside and Five Boroughs Food Emporium, to imbue the food hall with a classic New York feel.
Holt Construction has recently completed several notable aviation projects, including the American Airlines Admiral’s Club at Logan Airport, Air Canada’s Maple Leaf Lounge at LaGuardia Airport, United Airlines Polaris Club at Newark Airport, a wide-body hangar for United Airlines for Newark Airport, Alaska Airlines First Class Lounge at JFK Airport, British Airways Premium Passenger Lounge at Newark Airport and United Airlines’ Hangar 2 GSE Relocation at LaGuardia Airport.
