Venable LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey N. Ostrager has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in New York. Mr. Ostrager is an experienced business attorney who focuses on corporate, securities, and transactional matters.

Mr. Ostrager represents public and private companies in a range of transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt restructurings. He has significant experience providing counsel to public companies on corporate governance, securities law disclosure and compliance, and executive compensation matters. In addition, he represents private equity and investment funds in growth equity and venture capital investments. His broad experience allows him to analyze his clients’ business objectives and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve these goals.
