Great Point Partners’ portfolio company Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation services in the San Diego metropolitan area, announced today the appointment of Adam Elberg as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Elberg brings nearly 30 years of relevant industry experience to this new role having previously co-founded Professional Physical Therapy, an outpatient physical therapy provider based in the Northeast, where he grew the business to over 150 locations spanning five states.
