Bohemia Realty Group, the full-service real estate brokerage specializing in the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx as well as the greater New York City area, will host the eighth workshop of its 2019 monthly series on Tuesday, September 17, 6 to 7 p.m., at Double Dutch Espresso, 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Investing in Real Estate,” the event is open to the public at no charge. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Adam Schroeder with guest speaker Berto Antuñano, Vice President of Business Development at MiT National Land Services.
“When approached correctly, real estate investments can generate consistent income and substantial returns,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Mr. Antuñano will discuss the fundamentals of the subject and teach attendees several different ways they can get started immediately.”
Adds Mr. Schroeder, “Our guest speaker will go over the strategy that aspiring investors need to know in order to build a lucrative real estate portfolio with tax advantages and appreciation potential.”
The entire series continues every month through November 2019 at community coffee shop Double Dutch Espresso. The next free event planned is “Community Outreach Uptown – How to Give Back and Effect Positive Change” on Wednesday, October 30.
