Mr. Gandino has a 38 year record of professional service creating project budgets general as well as conceptual budgets/bids for all phases of multi-million dollar construction infrastructure, and development projects for both private and government clients. He has developed broad expertise in the industry through hands on experience gained while participating in his own construction business.
