Compass, a real estate technology company, today announces that industry leader Michael J. Franco has joined the firm. Ranked among the top 1% of all agents nationwide by the Wall Street Journal/ Real Trends, Franco generated nearly $90 million in sales in 2018.

Prior to joining Compass, Franco was a top producer at Corcoran where he worked for 11 years, several of which he was ranked among the leading 25 agents company-wide, and the #1 agent in the Soho office. He is joined at Compass by partners Miriam Richards and Greg Holzman.

A former trust and estates attorney, Franco brings valuable market insights to his clients, whether they’re buying or selling. Although he is well-versed in all NYC neighborhoods, he specializes in the Upper West Side and Downtown.

Franco is based out of Compass’ new 110 Fifth Avenue office.
