Mr. Buksbaum is an expert in comprehensive real estate advisory work including lease negotiations, financial analysis and modeling, market research and acquisition and disposition services. His experience and background combines a unique blend of market analysis, product development, sales and leasing, construction management, and cooperative/condominium conversions.

Mr. Buksbaum previously worked at WeWork in the Enterprise Sales Team and at one of the leading real estate commercial brokerage firms in New York City. Whether securing co-working/flex space or dedicated offices, he has distinguished himself over the past 7 years in closing over 250,000 square feet of leasing transactions.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Psychology. He earned a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Baruch College, where he finished top of his class.
