Kweller Prep, a supplemental education company that has improved the New York City community by providing tutors, small classes, exam prep, and other academic enrichment services for nearly fifteen years, has leased a new space to serve as the company’s central location at 108-22 Queens Blvd.

The company, which offers specialized high school, competitive college, and pre-professional guidance formerly occupied 4,500 square feet across three units in the Parker Towers and is moving to the heart of Forest Hills, closer to public transit to ensure it provides the highest level of service to the community. In 2018, Kweller Prep serviced 1,200 students in grades 3-12.

The Colliers Long Island team of Directors, Matthew Kucker and Jordan Baruch, represented Kweller in the deal, which will expand Kweller Prep into 6,200 square feet of commercial space for 10 years. The transaction was one of several notable deals that the retail and office brokerage team has recently completed. Kweller and Colliers searched for a suitable location for three years before selecting this one. William Radmin & Eric Roth from Friedman-Roth Realty represented the landlord in the acquisition.

Kweller Prep helps students get to the next level their academic career. The company employs nearly 100 of the best and brightest tutors in New York City. This program offers advanced test preparation for students in grades 3-12 and instructors customize classes based on each student’s needs. Kweller Prep specializes in competitive middle, high school, and college entrance exam preparation. Class sizes are limited to 10 students. Over twenty of the company's text books are also sold on amazon.

Kweller Prep was developed by Frances Kweller, an attorney and daughter of Russian immigrants. Frances graduated from New York University's Steinhardt School of Education and Hofstra University School of Law. Founder Frances Kweller was born and raised in Forest Hills, only steps way from the company’s new location. As of 2015, the company has been government certified as a 100% women owned business (WBE Women Business Enterprise) in New York City and New York State. Kweller Prep is a licensed vendor for the NYC Department of Education. Frances Kweller is also the founder of The First in Family Fund, a 501c3 nonprofit offering academic scholarships to disadvantaged youth. The company services students worldwide.
