Joseph Caraciolo has been named Chief Operating Officer for Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC and Falcon Pacific Builders, LLC, a construction management firm focusing on interior construction and ground-up construction of real estate in the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Caraciolo will direct the scheduling, coordination and supervision of all contracted building engineering and construction projects for the firm, announced Kent M. Swig, President of Falcon Pacific Construction and Falcon Pacific Builders.

In addition, Mr. Caraciolo will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management of Helmsley Spear, LLC where he supervises all aspects of the firm’s property management portfolio.

“We take great pleasure in this promotion for Joe and look forward to many more years of his contributions to the success of Falcon Pacific,” said Kent M. Swig.

Falcon Pacific is currently constructing over $225 million of new projects including a 22 story, 200 room hotel located at 36 West 38th Street; an 8 story residential rental building located at 28-16 21st Street in Astoria, Queens; and a gut renovation of the residential building located at 148 Duane Street; among others.

Mr. Caraciolo served a four-year tour of service in the United States Navy as a chief engineer in a nuclear powered submarine. He began his career in building management in1985 as an engineer's helper at New York's Rockefeller Center. He became Watch Engineer at a major Midtown high-rise office building and while there, he continued his engineering and building management education, and accepted the Chief Engineer position at 48 Wall Street in 2001. Mr. Caraciolo has taught courses at a major technical school in New York and he has contributed to the education of new union members by instructing in several apprentice education programs for Local 94-94 A.

Mr. Caraciolo resides in New York City with his wife.
