Cohen will work out of the firm’s Village office, headed by Richard Grossman, Halstead’s President, and Sara Rotter, Executive Director of Sales, Downtown.

Over his nearly five years at CORE, Cohen consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top brokers and was recognized as one of the youngest real estate brokers in New York City to surpass $100 million in sales. Cohen was also named to the REAL Trends list of America’s Best Real Estate Agents. Working with buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, he puts all his energy, precision and ability into communicating with every client as if they were family. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, Cohen started his career in investment banking before entering real estate.
