Webb & Brooker, Inc. is pleased to announce that President Bernard Warren has been named as the new Chairman of the Jamaica YMCA branch located in Queens, New York.

Mr. Warren joined Webb & Brooker, Inc. in 1990 and later became Partner at the firm in 1997. Over the years, Bernard has been responsible for the ownership, development and management of properties in the Harlem and Queens neighborhoods. His contributions to both communities have allowed him to work effectively with New York real estate market professionals.

New York City’s YMCA is here for all New Yorkers to empower youth, improve health and strengthen community. As the new chairman for the Jamaica YMCA branch, Bernard’s goal is to guarantee membership to all children, regardless of their financial capabilities. Prior to accepting his new role as Chairman, Mr. Warren served as a board member for the organization.

“The Jamaica YMCA organization played an important role in steering me towards the right path at a young age,” noted Mr. Warren. The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) recently presented Mr. Warren with the George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award for his continued support for struggling youth, as well as his admirable professionalism and contributions to the real estate industry.
