Leading Harlem-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop At Double Dutch Espresso, 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the third workshop of its 2019 monthly series on Wednesday, March 27, 7 to 8 p.m., at Double Dutch Espresso, 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Credit Report and Repair,” the event is open to the public at no charge. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s James Soller and Madison McGhee.
“Strong credit is essential when considering the purchase of a new home,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “James and Madison will explain ways to build or repair credit, as well as maintain a good credit rating.”
Adds Mr. Soller, “Our workshop will shed light on some of the most complex credit issues and give attendees important information they need to know if they hope to negotiate low mortgage interest rates soon.”
The entire series continues every month through November 2019 at community coffee shop Double Dutch Espresso. The next free event planned is “Renting 101: Get the Apartment of Your Dreams” on Wednesday, April 24.
