The March, 2019 REDinNYC event brought over 400 real estate professionals out to the Dream Hotel PHD on March 5th, to hear Executive General Manager of Lendlease Development, Melissa Burch.

The evening event interviewer was Jarrod Guy Randolph co-lead of the Gotham Advisory Team at Compass, one of the premier sales and advisory firms in the New York metropolitan area. The audience included, Ronald Chua of China Overseas America, Stan Listokin of Urban Realty Partners, Shawn Hakimian with The Hakimian Organization, Oral Rath of Adam America, and Michael Megari with the Monian Group. The sold out event heard from the guest speaker Melissa Burch on her New York market insights and perspectives on her company’s pipeline totaling $1B in New York City. As Executive General Manager of Lendlease Development Melissa Burch has overseen development of the iconic 277 Fifth Avenue condominium tower, designed by Rafael Vinoly and opening for occupancy this month.
