Eagan as a licensed real estate salesperson focusing on the investment sales segment of the real estate market place. Mr. Eagan will report to Andrew G. Simon, Executive Vice President, and the announcement was made by Kent M. Swig, President of Helmsley Spear.

Mr. Eagan has developed a niche in commercial real estate having successfully represented investors, developers and residential property owners. Through his creative lens and diverse network of contacts, he synthesizes each client’s needs to help them achieve their goals. Mr. Mr. Eagan is adept at following market trends of an ever-changing New York City real estate market.

Before joining Helmsley Spear, Mr. Eagan spent several years working with Chris Halstead and at Halstead Real Estate, where he will continue to work regarding his individual apartment residential practice. He enjoyed success in residential and commercial real estate in New York City and in Westchester County. Early in his career, he expanded his knowledge of the city and developed his sales and marketing skills in the spirits industry across all five boroughs. His knowledge of Manhattan’s premier landmark buildings and hotels has been developed participating in high-end over many years in the industry and as a participant in high end event productions.

Mr. Eagan is an alumnus of Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
