Helmsley Spear, LLC, America’s oldest continuously operating real estate firm founded in 1866, is pleased to announce the appointment of Seth Sklar as a licensed real estate salesperson for Helmsley Spear, LLC where he will focus on the evaluation, marketing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets, mainly in the greater New York Metropolitan area. Mr. Sklar will report to Andrew G. Simon, Executive Vice President, and the announcement was made by Kent M. Swig, President of Helmsley Spear.

Mr. Sklar brings more than 15 years of commercial leasing and sales experience to the firm. As an owner and investor in properties throughout the continental United States, he has developed a keen understanding of real estate values and capital markets. This knowledge gives Mr. Sklar the valuable ability to connect asset driven buyers and sellers across geographic lines.

Previously, Mr. Sklar was with the brokerage firm Greiner Maltz, focusing on the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

He attended Yeshiva University in Manhattan, New York, where he received his B.S. degree in Finance.
