The February 2018 REDinNYC event brought over 600 real estate professionals out to the Dream Hotel PHD on February 7th, to hear Chairman of JLL Investment Sales, Bob Knakal.
The evening event interviewer was Margo Masri, founder of Margo’s Bookeeping Services, one of the premier bookkeeping and tax services for small business owners in the New York metropolitan area. The audience included, Frank DeGrande, Pizzarotti; Phil Lavoie, Gotham Organization; Ori Tal, ESO Equity Group; Shawn Hakimian, Hakimian Organization; Daniel Dawkins, Dawkins Development Group; Steven Shi, Honkun Development.
The sold out event heard from the guest speaker Bob Knakal on his New York market insights gathered over many years as one of New York City’s most esteemed real estate professionals.
In 1988 Mr. Knakal founded Massey Knakal, and through 2014 closed transactions valued at over $23 billion. Bob presented an optimistic picture of New York investment opportunities which he now oversees as Chairman of the Investment Sales Division of JLL, focusing on expanding middle market sales in the greater New York region, and driving the firm’s institutional business.
