The award-winning brokers have over $1 billion in closed deals to date and have completed transactions in some of New York City’s most notable condominiums and co-ops such as 432 Park Avenue, The River House, OneBeacon Court, 781 Fifth Avenue and 620 Park Avenue, among other prime properties.

As a Licensed Associate Broker, Lorber paved his success in real estate sales after procuring hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions as an attorney. He joined Douglas Elliman in 2006 and has since earned coveted industry and press recognition, plus starred on the first season of Bravo’s popular show, Million Dollar Listing New York. Both Lorberand Boriskin have had substantial success with residential resales, and also have overseen numerous new development projects including consulting of floor plans, finishes, amenities and pricing through innovative marketing to sell out.
