Bohemia Realty Group’s Samantha Weinstein and UBS Financial Services’ Christopher Michelsen hosted the first free workshop of the preeminent Upper Manhattan brokerage’s 2019 monthly series, “Financial Planning When You’re Freelance,” outlining all the variables that freelancers need to be aware of in order to make the most of their income. Held at community coffee shop Double Dutch Espresso on 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd, it drew an enthusiastic crowd of neighbors and freelance professionals. This month’s next free workshop, “Selling Your Home in Today's Market,” is scheduled for February 27th, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
