Justin Perkins has rejoined Metropolitan Services (MVS), the largest independent commercial property appraisal and consulting practice for lenders and owners in the New York Metropolitan market, as Vice President after a brief stint with Bowery Valuation. The appointment is effective immediately.

“Justin is a tremendous asset to the firm,” said Steven J. Schleider, co-founder and president of MVS. “With his in-depth knowledge of commercial appraisal, he will be a significant contributor to the firm’s accelerating growth.”

Mr. Perkins is currently pursuing a Masters in Science in Real Estate Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
