Bohemia Realty Group’s Lindsay Nelms hosted the highly informative workshop, “Design Your Rental on a Budget,” covering a range of topics that included how-to’s for maximizing space and the best colors to use in low light rooms. It was the preeminent Upper Manhattan brokerage’s eighth free workshop in the 2018 monthly series and was held at its Harlem office at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd. This month’s next free workshop, “Renovation and Profit – Fixes That Increase Your Home’s Value,” is scheduled for October 24th, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
