Engineering Firm Expands with New York Office
ABS Partners Real Estate, a leading New York City-based real estate firm, today announced it has secured 4,550 square feet of move-in ready office space on the second floor at 333 West 39th Street for Matrix New World Engineering. The firm, which provides environmental and engineering services, opted to move its operations to a central location in Manhattan.Ease of access to the company’s headquarters in New Jersey was a driving factor behind the firm’s decision to take space proximate to Penn Station.
