The decision to grow operations in North America's global business hub aligns with Bureau Veritas' size and scope - 8,000 employees in 130 locations in North America – as well as the geographic footprint of its clients. The expansion includes plans to grow the company's employee base in the Northeast.

Establishing headquarters in New York City is a key component of Bureau Veritas' growth plan, which aims to double operations by 2020 through smart expansion including an aggressive merger and acquisition strategy.
