Vonage (NYSE: VG), a business cloud communications leader, has appointed Sanjay Macwan SVP, Enterprise Engineering and Networks. Mr. Macwan will lead the Company's Enterprise Platform and Engineering teams to drive innovation and new development in Vonage's solutions for Enterprise customers. Mr. Macwan reports to Sagi Dudai, Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Macwan brings more than 20 years of experience to Vonage, with a strong background in technology leadership, strategy and execution. He has built and led highly successful technology innovation programs that have delivered transformation, operational efficiency and a sustained culture of innovation across multiple industries.

Prior to Vonage, Mr. Macwan was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at NBCUniversal Media Labs, where his team helped the company deliver next-generation content experiences leveraging emerging technologies including virtual reality, augmented reality, IoT, machine learning and more across various platforms. His team was also an early collaborator with the Amazon Echo (Alexa) platform and developed numerous voice-enabled content experiences. Earlier in his career, he spent many years at AT&T Labs, leading large scale R&D in multimedia, mobility, information security and cloud that contributed to AT&T's large-scale consumer services such as IPTV and Mobility as well as enterprise mobility, cloud, networking, and information security services.
