JRM Construction Management (JRM) is pleased to announce it has been commissioned to construct the core and shell luxury condominium at 212 West 95th Street located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Residential Construction Delivered with High-End Finishes
JRM Construction will work with Architects RKTB and CetraRuddy to provide an 18-story, 100,000 SF building consisting of large-scale, ground up development with high end finishes. The complex is comprised of 38 residences ranging from two- to four-bedrooms, with some units and penthouses featuring duplex and triplex staircases. Construction began in March 2018,with completion slated to be finished by January 2020.
Developed by 212 West 95 Owners LLC c/o United Management, the building will include full on-site amenities such as a yoga room, pet spa, children’s room, tween lounge, adult lounge and gathering space. Additionally, a fully landscaped second floor terrace with benches and seating along with a separate playground area will be incorporated. Onsite parking and community gathering space will be allocated at the cellar and first floor for resident’s convenience as well.
