The first spring 2018 REDinNYC event brought over 400 real estate professionals out on April 25th to hear DDG CEO and founder Joseph McMillan, Jr., and Fredric J. Leffel, president of Kaufman New Ventures. The fireside chat was moderated by Kunal Sewani of Berko & Associates.

The evening was sponsored by RealConnex, founded by Roy Abrams. The audience, which included noted founder of JDS development Michael Stern, heard from the guest panelists on their market insights. Joe McMillan, who had his business start with NYSE listed firms, has built DDG into a substantial $2 billion nationwide real estate owner and manager with assets from New York to California. Fred Leffel at Kaufman focuses on acquiring and repositioning commercial properties in the New York metropolitan area. The company success has been tied over the recent past to the growth and rebirth of the Midtown South commercial landscape. The Kaufman Organization was established over a century ago and thrives today throughout New York City with its growing portfolio.
