Tri-State CEO Tops 100 Million Square Feet of Leasing in a Storied Career
CBRE announced that Mary Ann Tighe was the top producer across the company for 2017, with 125 transactions covering 4.7 million square feet and valued at $3.7 billion.
Highlights for 2017 were Ms. Tighe’s representation of:
1199 SEIU Benefit Fund for Health and Human Service Employees in its 30-year, 400,000-sq.-ft. lease at 498 Seventh Avenue;
21st Century Fox in its 784,000-sq.-ft. headquarters extension and expansion at 1211 Avenue of the Americas;
News Corp. in a new, 440,000-sq.-ft. headquarters lease, also at 1211 Avenue of the Americas; and
4 World Trade Center in its 378,000-sq.-ft. lease with Spotify.
Ms. Tighe was also CBRE’s top producer in 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2016. She has concluded more than 102 million square feet of transactions throughout her career, and her deals have anchored over 14.4 million square feet of new construction in the New York region.
