Rob Frischman and Albert Wu locate 7Ksf office For British-based financial information group
Rob Frischman, Executive Vice President/Leasing, and Albert Wu, Director/Leasing of HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, have arranged a lease for PEI Media Inc. at 130 West 42nd Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue. The British-based financial information group, which also has offices in London and Hong Kong, is expanding its New York footprint by relocating to the 6,963-square-foot space at the newly refurbished building. Its previous office was at 16 West 46th Street.
“PEI Media is increasing its New York presence, as indicated by this move,” points out Mr. Frischman. “The new offices are in a centrally-located, well-known building that has undergone comprehensive renovations.”
Adds Mr. Wu, “We toured many buildings, but 130 West 42nd Street offered many advantages, including a superior level of finishes and an impressive tenant roster.”
Landlords Tribeca Associates and Vanke US, were represented by Clark Finney, Mitch Konsker, Frank Doyle and Harlan Webster of JLL. PEI Media Inc. is moving to its new offices in February 2018.
