Chiu-Ti Jansen of CHINA HAPPENINGS™, in partnership with Nine52, a luxury condominium located in the heart of Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen,hosted a wine tasting this past weekend with sommelier Mark D. Smith, who gave a presentation on pairing fine wines with traditional Chinese dishes. Over 75 guests were in attendance to enjoy bites from Red Egg and learn how to dazzle dinner guests and impress a date this holiday season with expert tips on pairing the perfect wine. The event took place at Hell’s Kitchen luxury condo Nine52, developed by Gaia Real Estate in the properties newly opened resident lounge and wine room.
