75 Wall Residences Atop the Andaz Hosts the Financial District Association’s 2nd Concierge Night
75 Wall Residences Atop the Andaz recently partnered with the Financial District (FiDi) Association – a nonprofit organization aimed at growing a vibrant downtown community – to welcome more than 40 top hotel and residential concierges to the neighborhood and spotlight local businesses during a cocktail party in the building’s spectacular rooftop lounge. Guests sipped wine, sampled local delicacies and enjoyed the 360-degree views of downtown and the Hudson and East Rivers – it was a perfect end of summer gathering at Manhattan’s most coveted residential address.
“It was our pleasure to welcome the FiDi Association and their concierge guests to 75 Wall, and show our support for the neighborhood,” said Karen Mansour, executive vice president of DE Development Marketing, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for Hakimian Organization, developer of 75 Wall. “The team at 75 Wall encourages residents to explore their community and take advantage of the culinary and retail destinations located mere steps from their front door.”
One in a series of FiDi Association concierge events, the cocktail party at 75 Wall presented an ideal opportunity for downtown retailers, restaurants and purveyors to share their high-end products. Guests tasted an array of savory bites and hors d’oeuvres from Battery Place Market, elegant chocolates from La Maison du Chocolat, and wine from Downtown Cellars, and learned about FiDi businesses like Downtown NYC Magazine, Tiffany & Company, plastic surgeon Dr. Donald Roland, and Flowers of the World, which provided beautiful floral arrangements for the occasion.
“We had a great turnout, and I was thrilled to see that such a nice mix of concierges and local companies were represented,” said Melissa Andreev, president of the FiDi Association and boutique manager of La Maison du Chocolat. “The venue was absolutely stunning; everyone commented on how gorgeous the location was.”
Three lucky guests went home with incredible raffle prizes, including a $250 Gift Certificate to Flowers of the World and gift boxes from La Maison and Tiffany’s, among others.
