In a free-and-clear sale, WP Realty Inc. of Bryn Mawr, Pa., has taken title to the 136,939-square-foot Oak Park Commons in South Plainfield, N.J.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's senior managing directors Jose Cruz and Andrew Scandalios, managing directors Kevin O’Hearn and Jeffrey Julien as well as associate director Michael Oliver represented the Pittsburgh-based seller, PNC Realty Investors Inc.

The 76.5 percent-leased shopping center was developed in 1999 at 901-913 Oak Tree Rd. Anchored by A&P Supermarket, the center also houses CVS, McDonald’s, RadioShack, Wells Fargo and Fitness-19.
