PGA Tour Superstore has leased 57,000 square feet of retail space on Route 17 south in Paramus, N.J. at the former Einstein Moomjy Furniture store.

The new tenant will open its New Jersey’s flagship Golf and Tennis Pro Shop — the 15th national retail location for the chain — in late 2012.

The NAI Hanson team of Executive Managing Director of Corporate Services Michael G. Walters, SIOR, Vice President Ronald A. Fotiu and Sales Associate Jill Gordon represented the property’s owner, the Emil Buehler Trust Fund. Hanson is also managing this property, as well as adjacent properties at 305 & 315 Route 17 South.

The Superstore is the PGA Tour’s exclusive retail partner. The company’s controlling owner and chairman is Arthur Blank, retired co- founder of Home Depot and current owner of the Atlanta Falcons.
