Biggest Loser
Tuesday's top loser was Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C), closing at $29.34 (-1.2%). Falling 0.8% to close at $41.53 on volume of 6.3 million, Time Warner (NYSE:TWX) was also hit hard. Changing hands at 0.7 times its three-month average, the stock traded on volume of 20.4 million. Citigroup is a financial services holding company that provides corporations, governments, and consumers with a broad range of financial products and services.
