Richard J. Madison has joined Colliers International New Jersey as an Executive Managing Director. 

Madison is a 21-year real estate executive who has completed transactions throughout the United States and abroad worth approximately $750 million total. He focused the first half of his career predominantly in both tenant and agency representation, and then expanded his business experience to include national and global corporate services.

Madison has focused on office and industrial properties and is also well versed in emerging service lines, such as special servicer brokerage, disposition services, and assets that have fallen into court appointed receivership.

Prior to Colliers, Madison was a Principal with Newmark Knight Frank in New Jersey. His portfolio of clients has included LNR, Berkadia, Avaya, Nestle Nutrition, Barney’s, Forest Laboratories, Computershare, Automated Securities Clearance, Nordstrom, Nippon Express USA, Leggett & Platt, The Donna Karan Co., BioMatrix, Rapid Response Monitoring, Comverse, Goldman Sachs, and Capital One Bank, among others.

Earlier in his career Madison served as a real estate professional with Goldfarb and Tanzman Associates.
