GlobalServe has raised $3.3 million in a Series F round led by New York-based Hudson Ventures and Israel’s Compugen.

The Valhalla-based company, founded in 1996, has previously raised $4.9 million from the same two firms, besides Fremont Ventures and CrossTechnology Venture Partners.

GlobalServe provides a lifecycle technology platform that gives companies global control and visibility over all their IT assets.
