MicroEdge, LLC, the leading provider of solutions to the giving community worldwide, today announced the company has received a minority investment from Bregal Sagemount. Existing investors Vista Equity Partners and the MicroEdge management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Preston McKenzie, will retain majority ownership. Daniel Kim, a Partner and Co-founder of Bregal Sagemount, and Adam Fuller, a Vice President and Co-founder of Bregal Sagemount, will join the MicroEdge Board. Additional terms were not disclosed.
