Bratton Technologies Raises $1.4 Million

Bratton Technologies Inc. has closed a $1.4 million offering, raising the amount from 10 investors, according to an SEC filing. In June, the New York-based company raised $150,000 from a single investor.
Bratton, founded earlier this year, operates the BlueLine secure network designed for law enforcement officers and other security professionals. According to a Crunchbase profile, BlueLine enables “vendors serving the law enforcement community to more effectively reach the tens of thousands of fragmented, individual police departments, forming a first-of-its-kind global app store and marketplace.”
William J. Bratton co-founded Bratton Technologies and serves as the CEO at the company. He has been president of The Bratton Group LLC since 2000. In the past he served as chief of police of the Los Angeles Police Department and police commissioner of the New York City and Boston Police Departments.
