Blumberg Excelsior Relocating to Full Floor at 16 Court Street
Blumberg Excelsior, a producer of seal certificates, legal business forms and software, has signed a lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to 16 Court Street, Brooklyn’s tallest office building.
The company signed a five year-plus, 12,420 square foot lease covering the entire 14th floor of the 36-story building and will make the move there in the first quarter of 2013.
Located one subway stop from Manhattan, 16 Court Street recently underwent a multi-million dollar redevelopment which included a new lobby, new elevator cabs and new corridors and windows.
Floors provide harbor and Manhattan views. Current tenants include Marcus & Millichap, Michael Van Valkenburge Associates and The City University of New York.
