Arnold Worldwide announced the promotion of EVP, Account Director, Mike Lanzi to Managing Director effective immediately. The decision reflects the agency's continued commitment to developing talent as well as deepening the strength of management at its New York operations. Mike will continue to report to ArnoldNYC's President, Lynn Power.

In his new capacity, Mikewill bring an increased focus to developing the structure, talent and processes of ArnoldNYC, ensuring they support the continued growth and evolution of the business. In addition, he will lead the ongoing advancement of the agency’s business leadership abilities, ensuring client needs are met and that the agency maximizes results.

Mike will also continue to lead key client relationships including The Hershey Company, which under his leadership has experienced significant growth in both number of brands and global markets managed by ArnoldNYC.
