Affinity Solutions Inc. has raised $6.75 million via a mixed offering of equity and convertible securities, according to an SEC filing. Two investors bought into the offering.

The New York-based company raised $14.5 million last year.

Affinity Solutions, founded in 1998, is a provider of loyalty programs for financial institutions, insurance companies and publishers.

CEO Jonathan Silver is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business and previously worked at McKinsey & Company.
